Perry has always had a passion for cooking traditional style Chinese BBQ. After visiting many typical Chinese restaurants, he had a vision for a better high quality restaurant that would use only fresh ingredients, and still deliver the product quickly.

He opened the first restaurant in 1998 and due to the overwhelming positive response, Perry's BBQ grew steadily and now serves 5 locations across Tampa Bay.
